Rochelle Finzel

Raised on a farm in Iowa, Rochelle Finzel has always enjoyed the outdoors and athletic pursuits. She received degrees from Marquette and DePaul Universities in social welfare and leadership, and spent twenty years leading public policy and nonprofit efforts to advance economic opportunity.

She lives in Colorado where she is a writer and life coach, helping perfectionists and overachievers find balance and avoid burnout. Rochelle is happiest running, hiking, biking, skiing, and sharing nature’s wonders with her husband.
